President of this company is no good. He is not respectable he acts like a good person to your face but only wants you money. Sad how people are these days.

When my MIL's dog (not pictured) mistook my precious Egyptian hand-knotted silk carpet for a pee pad, I was pretty upset (we didn't notice until it was long dried). I despaired that it was ruined. But the team here made it look and smell like new! They went out of their way to accommodate my commute schedule. And they got my back my rug on time! All for a very reasonable price. I strongly recommend them for your rug care needs! I'll be a repeat customer!

I was very happy with the service. I had a rug from a yacht that was cleaned by someone else and the stain was still there and now the whole carpet was discolored. I was told that it would never come out. I had found carpet that matched and originally called to see if they would bind the new piece of carpet for me. the owner asked why I didn't just have it cleaned. I told him the story above and he said don't worry he would clean it. So with a disbelieving attitude I brought the piece in and 2 days later I was absolutely amazed that it looked like new.

I was amazed with the excellent service I was given by Oriental Rug Care staff. I sent my rug to be cleaned and came out like brand new. Definitely recommending this place to my friends and anyone who needs this type of service.

Great service and great attention to detail. The staff is honest, hardworking and knowledgeable. They look out for the customer’s well being and work in a transparent way. Overall it was a great experience. The owner has been working over 40 years in the business and I’m inclined to say there is not any situation that he is unable to solve. I’ll be doing all my rug and carpet business with them and will greatly recommend everyone to do the same.

DO NOT GO HERE! ITS A SCAM!! They just rolled up my rug never cleaned it, called me in 2 weeks to pick it up all for $80. The stain that was on it was still there, not even faded a little, and when I unrolled it to laid it down and a pile of sand came off it. I wish I could post pictures. Go to another place don’t waste your time and money.

Expert care and service. These folks really know their trade. In addition to cleaning my fine carpets, they repaired a valuable dhurrie rug with wonderful results. Always an excellent experience.

1. Joe and Debbie are totally professional and a delight to work with.2. Pick up and delivery and reinstalling was excellent.3. Most important is the quality of their restoration....my 20+ year old Persian rug had been showing it’s age.Now it literally looks like the day I bought it...showroom quality.Seriously....you can’t do better than using ORC for your rug cleaning and restoration needs.P.B. 👍

Yep the reviews are right. We recently moved from the Virgin Islands and my beautiful Moroccan and Italian rugs were musty, moldy and sandy. They are one of a kinds, that I picked out on our travels so I was a little nervous to have them cleaned. Joe, the owner was SO nice, very professional and my rugs came out AMAZING. The colors are revived and they look stunning (better than when I bought them lol). I also have a VERY sensitive nose and they smell perfectly clean. No strong soap/fragrance scent and I smell NO mold at all! Absolutely worth every cent and the fact that the owners are such nice people is a huge bonus. Don’t hesitate to take your rugs here. My cats are also very happy to have their rugs back without mold, which they're allergic to. The first image is before and the other are after.

We have had 2 large hand made Oriental Rugs picked up cleaned and delivered back to our home in Palm Beach Gardens TWICE this year.The expertise in cleaning and care taken is the very best, as a giant bonus is the polite personal staff fromThe receptionist to the 2 great delivery men, who came with masks on, to protect from the Virus andTheir neatness in covering their shoes, not to mess up my floors.We couldn’t be any happier

This company ruin an Etan Allen rug and refused to repair. They offer one thousand dollars for ruining the rug but refused to pay when my husband went to pick up the rug. As you can see most of the reviews rating are from several years ago. I am seeking an attorney to sue the company. Bad business with horrible service. The rating is a zero. Stay away from this company, over price with poor services. The cleaners would do better than this company and charge less. The worst company of all company. Consumers stay away, Joe is liar.
