Whether managing the day-to-day plant operations, overseeing the repair room, or spending time in our community, Akin, our wonderful southern gentleman is so hands-on in making sure all our customers are completely satisfied. There is a good chance that from the time a customer calls the office and when their rugs are delivered back, they have talked to the ORC team. He is the one that will reach out if he feels there is something more we can do to make their rug look better such as new fringe or making sure that a requested expedited return after our hand-washed rug process is met. ORC team continues to be that person to make sure that the customer's experience is nothing less than first class. ORC team has received many awards from the Chamber of Commence and for two years in a row, Oriental Rug Care has been named "Small Business of the Year." ORC team takes on many leadership roles in the community and is the first to provide his time for charity events and offer large gift certificates from Oriental Rug Care and creates beautiful gift baskets for local charity events. ORC Company just keeps giving back!

Our dear, kind Edlyne is our master weaver who has been with Oriental Rug Care for over 37 years and takes on many wonderful challenges. She tells me that hand weaving new fringes on the rugs is her favorite whether it is silk, wool, or cotton hand fringes. She has a beautiful teenage daughter at home, so needless to say, she loves the tranquil environment she is in and the feeling it provides here putting her heart into new fringes that just blows our customers away every day. Over the many years we have had customer travel over from Naples and the Florida Keys because of the quality job she does. She is a social media guru too, so of course, she loves us showing off her wonderful work!

Then there is Ariella, you will hear her wonderful voice when you call in. She is honestly the first person you will meet when you call. I say "meet" because by the end of the conversation, you will feel like you know her and us already! She is a real jewel and such an important part of our team. She has helped lead Oriental Rug Care into the 21st century by helping to create a computer software that helps provide an incredible experience with on time pick up and deliveries that is time efficient for the customer and easy to track the progress of the rugs once brought into us. But most importantly she is incredibly efficient and rarely misses a beat when it comes to managing our customers expectations.
