One reason was that she received the gift I mailed her and wanted to thank me and two was that she was so, so pleased with the service and results from her last rug hand washing, she wanted to schedule another FREE pick up. I immediately scheduled her pick-up for this afternoon and again, Debra was pleased with our prompt scheduling. I didn’t hear anything back from her until about 6:00 pm tonight when she called me back. Since the phones are always transferred to me after hours I was able to retrieve her call. As we spoke more, Debra was ecstatic and very pleased about the services she received from David and John who are expert professionals that went out to her home. Debra gratefully thanked me for being so professional and very courteous on the phone with her. Then she again thanked me for sending out John and David because they treated her with the utmost kindness, politeness, and professionalism. She then asked if we could call her son and daughter to schedule a free pick-up for their oriental rugs. Since word-of-mouth referrals are the best compliments we can get, we appreciate this very much.
