OUR NEW VANS HAVE ARRIVED
Local Rug Cleaning Boca Raton: While we are very easy to find online and we do weekly advertising, another great idea has been put into action. We have new vans. If you’re out on the road and your mind starts to think of all the things you have on your “to do” list, Oriental Rug Cleaning may be one of those tasks. We are all guilty of thinking of the things that we have to do while driving and because maybe area rug cleaning isn’t at the top of your list, once you see our new van, it just may jump to the top. We are so excited to get our vans out on the road and publicly viewed. We have received numerous compliments about the beautiful, bold colors and the design.
Since our doors opened in 1986, we have thrived on making this company a success. So far, so good. A vast majority of our customers are now from word-of-mouth referrals. Meaning that a customer used our services and was very satisfied with the Local Rug Cleaning that they gave either a family member, coworker, or friend our number. They had that much faith in us. If you don’t know by now, there are numerous companies out there doing the old “switch and bait” to customers that are not very familiar with the rug cleaning business.
These are some questions you may want to ask if you are still calling around looking to hire a rug cleaning company that is reliable, honest, dependable, and cooperative. One of the first questions you should ask them is, “can I go to your plant and see how you clean rugs?” If they give you, an excuse as to why they can’t let you tour their plant, that should raise a red flag. That could only mean one thing, they don’t operate their plant and because they are a third party (middleman business), they are just in your home to pick up your rugs and transport them to our facility or another one in your area. Don’t just go with your first choice unless you are absolutely sure that you have asked all the questions that satisfy your area rug cleaning needs. Another question you may want to ask is if they use any harsh chemicals, hot water, or heavy machinery. If they do, and your rug is valuable, you may not want to use their services. If you are not satisfied with the answers you have already got from the company, then maybe you shouldn’t consider hiring them. There are many, many detailed questions you can ask a rug cleaning company but these two should be your highest priority.
