Rug Cleaning Miami Area : Summer is officially here and the “Snowbirds” are back in Florida. We are getting busier by the day. Our technicians are putting this enormous rug up to hang properly. When it was picked up, it was one dirty rug that had to also be treated for pet stains and urine. As you can see in the picture, this rug was huge so it took more than 2 technicians to unload it, wash it and properly dry it. Once the rug was properly washed, the next step was final details and then delivery. Upon the delivery, the owner called us to say how pleased she was with the end results. Our 9 step process has been proven to be very safe and effective because we never use hot water, heavy machines or chemicals to wash your rug. Once your rug has been picked up, it arrives at our plant and gets photoed and tagged. Upon that, it’s taken to the back to get properly dusted. Next, is to apply a color block so that the colors in the rug do not run. Upon washing and rinsing the rugs, it then goes into a large roller where the water gets rinsed out. After that, it goes into the centrifuge so that all the excess water is extracted safely. When that process is completed, our technicians put the rug in the sun for natural heat and then it’s taken to a temperature controlled room for drying. Once it has passed inspection with our quality control department, it is rolled up and put in a safe storage shelve so that when we call you to deliver the rug back, it’s guaranteed to be in better looking condition from the time that we picked it up.
