It just happened that after we cleaned this customers rug, the customer came to our Indian rug cleaning plant to look at his rugs and to decide on some mirror rug repairs; when he saw his rug he said “I don’t recall the rugs ever looking so bright”, which is a flattering thing to hear, especially since Alex our lead washer was in hearing distance when the comment this wonderful remark.
Chamber of Commerce Event?
We received these rugs from this new customer; I believe the ORC Owner said he meets at a chamber of commerce event or if I am wrong, the customer found us on the web. This customer was beautiful to work with from the start. When he first called in and was talking to Debbie, the call went on for a long while and laughter was heard thought out the office. I recalled ORC Company needed to answer the other incoming calls while Debbie and the client were chatting away. We picked up the clients Indian rug runner, and as you can see from the photos the runners are excellent and represent high-quality rugs
I can talk a long while about the excitement of working with a beautiful person so that I will stop now.
