Once we have them in our possession, they stay with us throughout the entire cleaning process.
We take into consideration the need of every oriental rug and apply it accordingly. We treat each and every Oriental rug special so that not only are you satisfied with the end result but you are content to the fullest and you will always be a return customer. We take pride in every rug that comes thru our plant for Expert Oriental Rug Cleaning, Rug Repair & Restoration.
In picture one, you will see just a glimpse of the first process that is done to every oriental rug. It’s called the dusting process. This process enables the removal of all the smaller pieces of dirt and debris that have embedded into the bottom of your oriental rugs. This process is necessary because vacuuming alone will not get these particles out.
The next picture is a Pre Treatment that we do on the fringes alone. This ensures that your fringes are getting that same amount of our special treatment.
After the first two steps are implemented, you will see that some oriental rugs come in with pet urine so after the techs have applied the soft water and enzyme solution the urine will then turn into a crystal-like substance and he will then use the roller to extract all the urine out.
The following step will be to wash the oriental rug in a meticulous manner. By doing this step, every particle of dust, debris and odor is guaranteed to be removed. See how our technician is very gentle while treating the stains and odors aggressively.
This guarantees that no spot is left untreated.
Now we’re getting closer to the final steps in which you will see a picture of the oriental rug that has been pretreated, washed, given a soft water rinse until there is no trace of dirty water, and put into the ever so gentle ringer. By doing this step, it will ensure that all the remaining water is being extracted so that drying time is even faster.
Following the ringer, we then transfer the rug to the centrifuge. This is used to spin the water out of rugs during the wash process.
Now, are closer to the final steps in which we hang your oriental rug to dry with soft air blowing directly at each rug. This ensures that your rug will not stay damp and that the softness remains in the rug for a very long time. By following this step, it also keeps the rug smelling fresh and clean. By properly hanging your rug to dry, it prevents mildew from growing on the back of the rug from lying on the ground and only drying the top on the top.
You may think that that was the last and final step, but not quite. We still have to pile brush your oriental rug so that your fringes look just as beautiful as your rug does. We make your rug look just as beautiful as it did on the day that you obtained your treasure.
