Cleaning Oriental Rug Parkland: Today I got a very special visit. It was from a gentleman that had called us to pick up his rugs from around the corner. Literally, he lives just around the corner, not even 5 minutes away. He said that he has seen our plant every day since he has lived in his new home and one day, he wanted to learn more about us so he located our business online. Being that he owns a very high-end dog food business, he was completely amazed at our blogs and social media work. Mr. Darlington said and I quote, “It was your informative blogs and videos that brought me in as a customer.” When he came in this morning, I thought he was here to pick up his rugs. To my surprise, he was here to take a tour of our plant as we offer to any of our customers, new or previous. We enjoy it when people take time out of their busy days to take a tour of our plant. We offer you a beverage and begin the tour on-site immediately. If you have any questions or you’d like to see us in action, we’re happy to accommodate.
One of Mr. Darlings favorite parts of our process what the fact that we always take before pictures of your rug. We do this for several reasons. One reason is that we would like you to see the difference between the before and after. We also do it because there are some customers that feel that their rugs would never, ever look as beautiful as we made them and they like us to email those images to them personally. We are happy in making our customers happy. Ever since our doors opened, we have invited the public to take a tour of our plant and familiarize themselves with our services. Because we service all of Broward, Miami, and Palm Beach Counties, it makes sense for us to use the internet for social media. We make sure to keep our social information as updated as possible. We love to blog and share all the day’s events as well as take pictures of the beautiful rugs that come in for Rug Care South Florida.
Actually, I had two calls about our website’s contents. The second customer that called was Dr. Hecker from Miami. She asked me if that was my picture on the web and when I replied yes, she said that it was nice to put the voice to the face on the other end of the phone.
